URSA, which stands for “Urban Resilience and Sustainability Alliance”, is an initiative for collaborative research dedicated to advancing research in urban resilience and sustainability. URSA strategically addresses the multifaceted challenges of urbanization through a scientifically grounded systemic approach.

It strategically addresses the multifaceted challenges of urbanization through a scientifically grounded systemic approach to provide actionable recommendations for policy makers and stakeholders.
This session follows the success of our first stakeholder forum which was held in May and now turns to the academic dimension of URSA. The focus of this forum is on the scientific and methodological foundations that shape our framework, from complexity science and network abstraction to Agentic AI for data collection and capacity building.
